This relatively small boutique hotel, comprising of 24 rooms, offers a wide range of services and amenities, including: free Internet access, a concierge service; an elegant lounge; a cocktail bar; a continental restaurant, with dishes created from home grown organic ingredients;  and a spa and a beauty salon, which offer body and facial massages, manicures/pedicures and hair styling treatments.

The North Avenue Hotel offers 5 room rates: Deluxe Single, Deluxe Double, Deluxe Corner King, Junior Suite and Senior Suite.  Room rates start at a 65,000 AMD and finish at 150,000 AMD per night (as of February of 2014). Each well-appointed room features: a complimentary turn down service, mini bar, rain shower, air conditioning, a safety box, a telephone, coffee and tea-making facilities, room service, a flat screen television, satellite and free WiFi connectivity.

Overall, this hotel has been awarded 4.5 stars out of 5 on the Trip Adviser website (written by independent visitors to the hotel).  When broken down, the hotel received: 5 stars for location, sleep quality and cleanliness; and 4.5 for rooms, service and value.  Some of the guests said the following:

Ultimately, this seems to be a great little hotel, even without the stars!
