This is a large hotel, which offers 3 straightforward room rates: Single Queen, Double/Twin and Congress Executive.  For a 4 star hotel, room rates start at a reasonable 45,406 AMD and finish at an equally reasonable 67,441 AMD per night (as of February of 2014) – making it great value for money. Each room features: free WiFi, bed side tables, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a desk with a lamp, a 21” LCD television with satellite, a safety box, a mini bar, coffee and tea-making facilities, iron and ironing board (upon request), bathroom with a large shower, toiletries, slippers, make-up mirror and  hairdryer.  You can also choose your room based on which view you would like (city view, pool view or Ararat Mountain view) and you can request an anti-allergic or non-smoking room, also.

The Congress Executive rate also includes a complimentary box of chocolates (upon arrival) and free bottled water.
